In a word; heaps. Once you login, you have access to Prepit 101 where you can browse instructional videos which explain the features of Prepit. In addition, you can always email or call us to ask questions or request that we run through product features over Zoom. We are here to help!

10. Is my data safe?

We take data security very seriously. Data are hosted in a high-security datacentre in Lansing (Michigan), with nightly backups and emergency servers available. The site runs the latest Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Please also refer to our terms of use, particularly Sections 6 & 7.

11. What happens if I go offline?
